Ordering
As our collars are custom made we have a slightly different ordering system to most websites. As we can only make so many collars a week we have a waiting list. When you order a collar we will give you an estimated timescale and put you on the waiting list. When we are ready to make your collar we will then send you an invoice. This will be a PayPal invoice if you have chosen PayPal as your payment method or you can pay by cheque. Once your payment is received we will then start work on the collar and post it out to you when it is finished.
Postage
UK postage costs £4.00 for the first item, plus £1.00 for each extra item, up to a maximum of £8.00. International postage is £6.00 for the first item, plus £2.00 for each extra item, to a maximum of £14.00. We normally use first class post within the UK, and Airmail for international orders.
Returns
As the collars are custom made to order we don't accept returns unless there is a fault, so please make sure that you order the correct size and type of collar. If your item arrives damaged or faulty we will refund the full purchase price including P&P as well as your return postage. If you are returning a collar please get proof of posting as we can't refund for returned parcels lost or damaged in the post. If items you are returning are lost or damaged it is your responsibility as the sender to claim compensation from the carrier. The post office will provide a free certificate of posting which covers up to £39.
Faulty Items
If your collar or lead does unfortunately develop a fault which has not been caused by misuse, within 6 months of purchase, please return it to us for inspection. Upon identification of a fault, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price including P&P as well as your return postage.
Safety
Our collars and leads are made from very high quality components, but because leather is a natural material that is affected by many factors we highly recommend that for your and your pet's safety you examine pet's collars and leads regularly for any signs of wear and tear. Our collars are primarily intended as decorative dog-wear, and are not intended for use in harsh conditions or with dogs that are strong pullers.
Colours and Pictures
Leather is a natural product and all our collars are handmade. Some variation in appearance is normal, and makes each item unique.
